The beach is dirty, not well maintained, sandy, suitable for children but I do not recommend it, the Black Sea is cleaner

I can say that the best sea you can go to is in Silivri, it is very beautiful, clean, there is no wave, no seaweed.
We paid 600 TL for two sun loungers, a table and an umbrella. It was a bit expensive and the shower was not open. That's the only drawback. Apart from that, there is a place to park your car. I would like to thank the parking attendant. He was very attentive. The parking fee is 300 TL.

It was extremely crowded. Even though we went early in the morning, we had a hard time finding a spot. Other than that, the sea was clean and free of seaweed (compared to many of Istanbul's beaches).

It was quite crowded when we arrived today (Wednesday). I can't imagine how it would be on a weekend. The entrance is free, but an umbrella and 2 sunbeds are 200 TL. Each entry to the showers, toilets and changing rooms is 2 TL (Istanbul Card is accepted). Don't be fooled by the Blue Flag. The water isn't very clean, and when it's crowded, it gets even more murky. From the first entrance, the water is shallow and knee-deep for 50-100 meters, continuing until the security line, where the depth is around 180 cm. The toilets are filthy. The changing rooms have no doors, only shower curtains. It's unbelievable. It's a good place to get wet and sunbathe.

A family beach. Sandy. There are some rocks at the entrance, but beyond it's all sand and shallow. Ideal for children. No one was causing a ruckus. There wasn't even anyone listening to music. Some of this area has yellow umbrellas, and it's very crowded, but the area beyond is sandy, and that's not as crowded. Even though we came on a Sunday, we enjoyed it. It's one of the few places in Istanbul where you can swim. I wish the people wouldn't litter it. There are dozens of garbage bags at the entrance, and the ground is equally filthy. The municipality should take care of this beautiful sea and beach.
