A great beach, fewer people at the end of the promenade, plenty of food and drink, public restrooms, and outdoor showers. It was a Friday afternoon in late May, so it wasn't crowded. Gorgeous.

A gorgeous beach. It's a long stretch of beach along the coast. It's a great place to take a long, leisurely stroll or spend the day soaking up the sun. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the beach. It's a great spot day or night.

Beautiful beaches, miles of walking, places to swim and just hang out, lots of sun and high temperatures every summer ⛱️

In January, it's a beautiful sandy beach, clean and quiet. During the winter months, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the pleasant weather, with an average temperature of 19°C in January. Since the tourist season doesn't start until March, you can enjoy the beach alone in January. Portugal offers some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean and is definitely worth a visit if you're looking to relax on some of the world's best beaches.

I wouldn't rate it the best beach we visited in the Algarve, but it has a lovely promenade and a really relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere, with plenty of bars and restaurants. We visited a couple of times at sunset, around 5pm, and again around 8pm.
