It is one of the few places left in Istanbul where the public can use it free of charge, but you always have to be careful because it was a windy evening in the Black Sea, we went there at night and spent a few hours in the coolness, of course there were a lot of waves.

It's one of Istanbul's quieter beaches, not crowded even on a Saturday, and it's a perfect place to relax. The proximity of parking lots to the sea makes it easy to move chairs and tables. I recommend watching the sunset. The sand is also quite fine and clean. We were very pleased. The only downside is that the proximity of the vehicles can cause loud music, which can make the crowds a bit noisy.

The air and water are beautiful and the view is perfect, but thanks to the people, it has completely turned into a garbage dump. I can't imagine what it will be like before summer comes.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SEA, BUT BE CAREFUL OF THE HORSES WHEN YOU PARK THE CAR. THEY KICKED OFF THE STOP LIGHTS OF 3 CARS. THERE ARE TOILET AND SHOWER CABINETS, BUT THEY ARE NOT MAINTENANCE AND DO NOT WORK. THEY WERE LEFT ALONE. Take a 10-liter bottle of water with you. The toilet is free at night in the mosque and paid in the morning. There is a market between 10 and 20 within walking distance. Be careful of theft. There are many Romani and gypsies. Some people steal slippers, towels, tents, technology, and other tools.

Because the beach is large, even when it's crowded, finding a spot isn't a problem. However, parking can be a problem. Lifeguards are on duty daily. There's also an ambulance on standby. Garbage is everywhere, thanks to beings I can't even call human. The Sarıyer Municipality has a parking lot. It costs 200 TL per day. There are showers and toilets, but they're dirty. It's often windy. Kites are excellent. However, when it's windy, it's incredibly dangerous. About four days ago, four people nearly drowned right before our eyes, and a lifeguard saved them. It's very, very dangerous for children to swim in windy weather. As someone who's been swimming for nearly 30 years, I can tell you this: I've never seen a sea that stretches so far out. Even if you have your feet on the ground, the sea pulls you out. Forget swimming to the shore anyway. This doesn't happen every day. It's absolutely crucial to be careful. It's very dangerous for young children to swim without an adult. Even when the current is strong, adults are involved. The slightest negligence can lead to drowning. Be safe and don't make one of the biggest mistakes of your life.
