Beautiful beach, clean and quiet. You can admire beautiful Calabria from the beach. Parking is a bit difficult to find during the peak season, but it's worth it.

Awarded the "Blue Flag" in 2021, it's a truly beautiful beach (fine pebble size) accessible from comfortable, well-equipped slopes. The municipality has installed "smart" shower heads (activated by RFID tags to prevent water waste). The sea is magnificent and crystal clear.

It was a Sunday in mid-July. Late in the afternoon, I found a parking spot between the white lines on the hillside overlooking the beach. The shoreline and pebble beach are pristine, with a few bars along the shoreline and paid showers along the beach. The water was crystal clear and clean, and despite it being a Sunday, it wasn't crowded. A well-deserved Blue Flag was a very positive experience.

There are a few things you should know. The beach is very clean because it's rarely crowded. The water is clear and cold. After the first two meters, the depth increases rapidly, making it unsuitable for children. I should mention that this is one of the few beaches where these conditions exist; in fact, in other areas between Taormina and Ali, the depth is much more gradual, making the water lighter. It's a beautiful beach, but it's important to be aware of these characteristics.

A magnificent beach, I have never seen such a clean public beach, every year, absolutely every year, it gets the blue flag it deserves... Hot showers heated by solar panels and operated with a bracelet that can be purchased for just €10 for 500 showers... Volunteer lifeguards are always kind and helpful...
