Pros: Batumi beaches were full of seashells, not a single one. We collected a few for our son to play with. It's deserted; you can just sit and listen to the sea. Cons: Lots of trash. I think the sea washes most of it out, but it ends up in the sea somehow—someone definitely helped here.

It's a quiet, relatively clean, pebble beach. There's a lifeguard station. Even when the sea is calm, the lifeguards will often hang out a red flag to encourage fishing.

It's almost always empty. There are stunning views all the way to Batumi, but it's best to wear water shoes when swimming.
