Friends, let me tell you upfront that you should not do what we did, or if you want to do it, when you walk from Kabak Beach to Cennet Bay, we had to turn back halfway through, and in case you encounter mystical creatures on the way, you should get a pokeball, we did not buy one, it is best that you do it.

There is no normal way by land,
The heavenly bay we went to via the red and yellow (i.e. classified as dangerous) mountain path

We reached it on foot from Kabak Bay. It's a very clean, protected, sandy bay, and a nice place to camp. The walk back and forth was tiring; it's a well-marked path, with some steep ups and downs.

There's a bay on the Lycian Way, 200 meters from the shore, where you can spend the night. You can get water and food from the property. The owner, Kadife the donkey, and the embracing cat will keep you company. It's a 2-3-hour drive from Kabak Bay, a bumpy but not overly strenuous journey. The clear blue sea, its crystalline clarity, and the way it fills the tiny caves are truly breathtaking. If you camp on the beach overnight, be mindful of the cold.

‼️THOSE WHO WANT TO GO ON FOOT, ESPECIALLY FOREIGN TOURISTS, PLEASE READ‼️
I'm talking about July 25, 2025: It is forbidden to enter the forest walking path.
My situation:
Early in the morning of July 25, 2025, my boyfriend and I set out to hike the Lycian Way. It was morning, so the sun wasn't out, but I have to emphasize that it was still challenging! You have to climb the rocks with your hands. Anyway, we arrived 2:40 a.m. later. The sea was very choppy, with foam on top. It wasn't anything like the photos. I couldn't even sail; I could only stand where my feet were. There's a paradise camping area nearby. They sell bottled water for 70 TL. If you want to fill up from the fountain, you have to pay 20 TL. Around 2:00 p.m., my boyfriend and I decided to return in the 41-degree heat. I don't know why, it was our stupidity. The sun got to me on the way, and I threw up. I took breaks every 15 minutes and lay in the shade for at least 45 minutes. Somehow, we arrived around 7:00 p.m., and the gendarmerie was waiting below because entry to the forest hiking area was prohibited. We somehow managed to escape them, but they took away the other hikers from the forest. I thought only camping and fires were prohibited. So I entered the path without fully reading the signs. In short, please be careful. I don't want you, especially foreign tourists who are unfamiliar with the route and are exploring it for exercise and beautiful scenery, to encounter any problems with the gendarmerie due to the frequent forest fires that have broken out in Türkiye over the summer. This is the Lycian Way, so I believe the restriction will be lifted in the fall. I wish you a pleasant holiday and many exciting adventures.
