The beach is wonderful, and entrance is free. You can bring your own umbrella and chair and swim. There's also a place that rents sun loungers. There's a large parking area on the left of the entrance, within walking distance of the beach.

The sand is good, but it's generally a quiet area. Its tourism potential is weak, and transportation isn't good. But I've added it to my list of places I can travel to with a caravan one day in the future.

The sea is wavy and cold. If there are no showers or running water on these public beaches, let's not call them public beaches.

This is not a public beach
There is nothing belonging to the municipality.
Neither a sun lounger nor a chair
The maintenance is not good either, the beach is very wavy and the water is ice cold, it is very windy.
The King Beach business next door was good, we rented sun loungers from there for 400 TL, it was nice.
The beach then becomes a bit rocky
Other beaches were full, we came here
They would be nice places if they did some maintenance, but no one cares.

#geyikli beach, Geyikli, Çanakkale
.
Geyikli is where Ata Demirer shot many scenes of the movie Eyvah Eyvah.
The movie really plays a big role in making this place known.
In Geyikli, you can also see a park named "Ata Demirer", a real estate agent named "eyvah eyvah", etc.
.
There's a ferry terminal right next to Geyikli Beach that goes to Bozcaada. It's roundtrip from here. A one-way ticket, for pedestrians without a car, costs 1500 TL. I didn't ask. It's from a physics teacher friend I met at the trailer park. (August 2025 price)
.
The beach is sandy, the sea is sandy, there is a place where you can put your own umbrella on the beach, there are also places and businesses that rent sun loungers and umbrellas.
.
The municipality says it's a public beach, but there are no toilets or showers. You can meet your needs at the facilities.
Sunbed and umbrella fees vary.
For example, in one place the cost of sunbeds and umbrellas is 100 TL on weekdays and 300 TL on weekends.
The cost of a sunbed and umbrella elsewhere is 350 TL, but you get a free beer or 2 colas. (August 2025 prices)
You can rent sun loungers and umbrellas by asking a few businesses.
.
The sea is said to be cold. Yes, it's a bit chilly, but once you get used to it, it reaches a fairly reasonable temperature after noon.
I didn't have any problems.
.
Parking isn't a problem; you can park wherever you want. However, the municipality also provides parking and charges 300 TL per day. I suspect those traveling to Bozcaada prefer to park their cars there. Because of the ticket prices, Bozcaada isn't suitable for day trips; it's expensive for a day trip.
.
CARAVAN AND TENT
There is a free area suitable for caravans and tents. There is also a tree area.
But in a bad place.
There's a stray dog problem. They're harmless, but their fights can be frightening.
The dirt and garbage problem encountered almost everywhere is present here too.
.
Be sure to watch the sunset from the designated area for caravans and tents. It sets over Bozcaada.
.
I've traveled extensively, and I can say this is the first time I've encountered a campsite where campers disturbed others with their space and noise. There was some noise at night.
(I'm here for the second night, disrespectful campers keep coming, so this is the profile they're coming to. Even when they park their cars, the first thing that comes to their mind is the invasion of common beauties (beach, sandy view). Unbelievable.
.
DO NOT swim in the sea in the caravan and tent area. Do not fish. There is an untreated stream very close by.
Those who have been here for months and who have been occupying camps for a long time have mentioned that those who entered have gone to the hospital complaining of diarrhea and vomiting.
The view of the sea also confirms this.
There is no smell, only.
.
PLEASE DO NOT THROW OR LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE/WASTE AROUND.
