What is important to me is that the beach is clean and centrally located. We do not have any problems finding sunbeds. Since I come with my family, there are no incidents that will make our family uncomfortable. The staff is also friendly and cares about customer satisfaction. It is right next to the road and very central. We were very pleased as a family. This is our new place now.

It's a wonderful place, the staff is friendly, the beach is clean, etc., etc. 10/10, and the prices are incredibly reasonable compared to other beaches. I nearly drowned because of my carelessness, but the beach staff and owner were very attentive, thankfully. Whenever we come to Rize, we always come here as a family.

We went with confidence because it's voted Rize's cleanest beach every year, and they didn't disappoint. Both the sea and the property were very clean, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Besides the seaside, the opportunity to sit in the upper, tree-lined area was also a great option. This is a beach we'll be visiting frequently as a family and recommend to everyone.

The seas and their shores belong to all citizens in the country, and the shores are not registered property. Everyone has a constitutional right, and there's a coastal law. Everyone can use the seas for free, as long as they don't use the services of the business. But the business owner seems hostile to those who come and use them for free, and they may continue to do so. We were planning to rent a table instead of just camping chairs and tables when we next visited, but when we saw the business owner's behavior, we changed our minds. We'll continue to use our chairs and tables for free. Anyone who wants to can continue. As citizens, always defend your rights, so that no one will think that public spaces (i.e., yours) are their father's property.

⭐ 1 star – I do not recommend it

The view is beautiful, but unfortunately the attitude and approach of the business was extremely disturbing.

Transportation and Parking Problems
It's difficult to find the way. Parking is scarce. You have to park on the side of the road through a temporary gate built into the sidewalk and wait.

Beach and Sea
At first glance, it looks like a beach, but the ground is full of pebbles and difficult to walk on. The sea is rocky and mossy. It deepens very quickly, making it dangerous for families with children.
Moreover, despite being advertised as a family beach, there were many uncanny, unfamiliar people inside. This seriously undermines the safety of the environment.

No Security
There were no lifeguards on the beach, nor were there any safety signs such as a border strip.

Table Tension and Business Mentality
We asked for a table upon arrival, but the attendant said we could use the empty table in the waiting area. While we were at the beach, a man sat at a table. When my mother approached him, he rudely said, "Don't put those wet things on the table; they'll stain!" When she politely asked him to move to another table, he replied, "I won't, I'm hosting guests!" It turned out to be the owner himself, and the people around him laughed mockingly.

Of course, we did not know that he was the business owner, but this style and attitude is not what is expected from a business owner.

Hygiene Issues and Lack of Transparency
The cabins were quite filthy. We were charged 50₺ per person, but no receipt or receipt was given. As we were leaving, they demanded payment, saying, "Take the money from these people." They were also yelling at other guests from a distance, "Which table were you at?" You felt like you were constantly being watched on the beach.

CONCLUSION:
✅ The view is beautiful but only from a distance
❌ Beach ground is disturbing, sea is dangerous
❌ No security measures
❌ Although it is a family beach, the environment is not reliable
❌ Service is bad, communication is disrespectful
❌ Cabins are dirty – they charge without a receipt
❌ The management approach is not guest-focused

It's called a family beach, but there's neither peace nor security. I wouldn't consider going again. I don't recommend it.
