It's a well-thought-out project, with some drawbacks and shortcomings. The beach is divided into sections. Each section includes restrooms, showers, changing rooms, a buffet, a prayer room, and volleyball courts. The season opens on June 1st, and sun loungers are available for use and a lifeguard is on duty. Another well-thought-out project is the caravan parking area, which is divided into sections and connected to mains electricity.

The municipality has prepared a beautiful beach and offered a good service at a reasonable price, but the people are so dirty. We paid 150 TL (a reasonable price) for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, and the attendant came to open them, but they left them all filthy, full of trash and filth, and the attendant said, "Unfortunately, our people are very dirty," and no one had cleaned them from the day before. There are changing rooms, as you can see in the photos, they look like black rugs around them. It's extremely dark when you enter, it's not just a crowded urine bin, there's even trash hung and pasted on the walls. There's no electricity. And everyone has left their trash. I gathered everything around me and asked for a trash can, there was one very far away, so I carried it there. Although the number of trash cans increased, no one would throw it in because they threw it right around the can instead of in it. So, while the result was supposed to be a nice, long, comfortable, and enjoyable beach, we ended up with an environment full of trash: the water, the beach, the sunbeds, the changing rooms, everywhere was full of trash. Alcohol was also prohibited, but beer was consumed, and bottles were broken and thrown into the sea and sand. It was causing children's feet to bleed. The brown glass shards from the bottles were invisible in the water or the sand, constantly causing serious accidents. Furthermore, young men and women from Beyşehir were shouting excessively, disturbing the surroundings, using profanities, fighting, and having fun. All this is completely unbecoming of the people of Konya. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to go to a clean, peaceful beach as a family. We let our child have fun on the sand and returned. Note: Vehicle entrance is 120 TL. Prices vary depending on vehicle size, etc. Lifeguards leave after 6:00 PM. Swimming isn't allowed in the water; only walking is suitable for children. You can't go deep either; it's forbidden, and the fresh water, as you know, is completely unsuitable. There is a separate picnic area for the beach. There is also a municipal buffet. People definitely need to be more aware of cleanliness, and there needs to be more staff on duty.

My family and I visited Karaburun Beach for the first time. The entrance fee is 120 TL by car, which I think is reasonable. You can park your car right on the beach. There are changing rooms and a restroom, but they need some maintenance. It would be nice to have an outdoor shower. It's easy to walk to the lake's edge; the water is slightly wavy, like the sea, and has a pleasant breeze. It doesn't deepen for long. I recommend installing barrel-shaped trash cans nearby. We had to bag our own trash and carry it to a far-off bin. Unfortunately, some insensitive people leave their trash around. We came from Konya, on a weekday, and we still enjoyed it. The breeze was quite refreshing, too.

I've read that the sea has arrived in Konya, the beach has arrived, and there's still seaweed and dirt, and so on. This is a lake, full of reeds. Those who want the sea should definitely travel another 150 km to Antalya. The most ideal place to swim and sunbathe in the region is Karaburun Beach. Vehicle entrance fee: 120 ₺, sunbeds: 150 ₺. Children are allowed to pitch their tents next to the sunbeds, but normally there are separate tent sites. There's a shower, toilet, buffet—everything—we really liked. The water isn't too deep, which was great for kids. Even my two-year-old son went about 70 or 80 meters and the water was only up to his chest. It's a beautiful place. May God bless everyone involved.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT OF THIS NATURAL WONDER!!! I visited Karaburun Beach in Beyşehir/Konya on 10.08.2025. From the moment I entered the beach area, I encountered serious disorganization, disorder, and chaos. The unhygienic conditions especially in the picnic area, the beach side, the toilets, and the changing cabins are a major problem. It is truly unacceptable that the picnic area is in such poor condition and that people are forced to picnic in the ground and among the bushes. Imagine how such a scene is welcomed in this day and age. Also, there is a fee of 120 TL for the entrance and 150 TL for the sunbeds. It could be more, but urgent steps should be taken regarding the issues I have mentioned above and below. It is not clear whether the staff is present or not, and when there are, they only monitor the sunbeds to make sure no one is sitting without paying!!! It shouldn't be too difficult to establish a system that ensures the beach is cleaned regularly, toilets and changing cabins are made hygienic, picnic areas are well-maintained, and overall, a more organized environment. It would be very beneficial for Konya, especially for tourism, if the municipality or the Ministry of Tourism took action as soon as possible, with the necessary sensitivity.
